Praliné

Praliné is probably the best known of all praline fillings. This sweet delicacy combines hazelnuts and almonds, which we caramelise with sugar and then grind finely to create a smooth filling. The praliné produced by our Pralibel workshops is distinctive for its soft texture and rich flavour. Classic, perhaps, but no less heavenly for all that.
